Soho’s property management team looks after rental properties across Macquarie Park and the City of Ryde. Every property has one dedicated property manager, and each of our property managers has more than 15 years’ experience.

Our property managers: Alycia Manoukian, Bay Zhang and Laura Cartwright.

- I found them to be very efficient. Paperwork was sent back and forth quickly and efficiently. Questions and matters were quickly resolved.
- Excellent customer service. They are very kind and understanding. They understand that they work in a customer facing field, and treat their customers with respect and social grace (which is surprisingly missing from some other real estate businesses out there).
- Their listed prices seem reasonable against standards and averages, and they don’t seem to underlist like many other agents.
