We were looking for an apartment rental and had a really good chat with the rental agent while visiting a property. Although we didn't get accepted for the one we wanted through this Group, they made sure to call us to let us know, which was a nice personal touch. - I found them to be very efficient. Paperwork was sent back and forth quickly and efficiently. Questions and matters were quickly resolved.
- Excellent customer service. They are very kind and understanding. They understand that they work in a customer facing field, and treat their customers with respect and social grace (which is surprisingly missing from some other real estate businesses out there).
- Their listed prices seem reasonable against standards and averages, and they don’t seem to underlist like many other agents.
